Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients of age 18-50 years
2 Patients who are willing to sign the consent form
3. Two or more Class I carious lesions with adjacent tooth in contact
4. Class 1 molar occlusion
5. Good oral hygiene
6. Without deleterious habits
Exclusion Criteria
1. Developmental anomalies.
2. Teeth with secondary caries
3. History of allergy to milk and milk products
4. History of adverse reactions to the test materials
5. Pregnant or lactating
6. Presence of systemic disease
7. Unable to attend recall visits

Name Time Method Clinical behavior of bulk-fill Resin Restorations sealed with Calcium Phosphate based fluoride Varnish( MI Varnish) as per modified USPHS criteria <br/ ><br>Parameters evaluated will be Tooth colour stability, Surface texture, Anatomical form, Marginal integrity, Marginal discoloration, Secondary caries, Gingival inflamation, Restoration color stability.Timepoint: Tooth colour stability, Surface texture, Anatomical form, Marginal integrity, Marginal discoloration, Secondary caries, Gingival inflamation, Restoration color stability will be evaluated on 0 days (baseline),6months and 1 year. <br/ ><br>
