Inclusion Criteria
1. Age group >20 years and <60 years.
2. Patients diagnosed as having Amavata on the basis of classical symptoms and on basis of ACR (American College of Rheumatology) criteria for diagnosing Rheumatoid Arthritis.
3. Patients with < 2 years of chronicity
Exclusion Criteria
1. Other complicated arthritic diseases like Gout, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoriatic arthritis etc.
2. Complications of RA including deformities, contractures, nodules, etc.
3. Other serious systemic, complicated diseases like chronic Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, any malignancy etc.
4. Pregnant and lactating women
