Posted for elective adenotonsillectomy

Exclusion Criteria

Exclusion criteria

Patients with oro-pharyngeal injuries.

Patients with Cleft lip and palate.

Patients with any other congenital abnormalities of face, nasal cavities and oropharynx.

Patients with Deviated nasal septum.

ASA physical status III-IV,
