Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnosed case of Psoriasis with positive Auspitz sign.
- •2\. Must be willing to provide blood sample
- •3\. Must be able to provide following required information
- •a.Health status
- •b.Personal habits like tobacco, smoking, alcohol
- •c. Contact information
- •4\. Must be willing to give written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Major disorder like cancer, cardiac disease, diabetes mellitus
- •2\. History of chronic alcohol, tobacco, smoking consumption.
- •3\.Female who are pregnant and lactating
- •4\.Vital signs outside the reference range
- •a. Oral temperature \> 37\.6 C
- •b. Pulse rate: \> 130 beats/minute
- •c. Blood pressure : \>160/100 mmHg
