1. Patients who meet the western medicine diagnostic criteria of cognitive dysfunction related to cerebrovascular disease (need to have the imaging evidence of cerebrovascular disease and improve the cognitive function screening and evaluation, refer to the Chinese diagnosis and treatment guide for cognitive dysfunction related to cerebrovascular disease (2019) for details);
2. Patients with MOCA scale score of 19-25;
3. Patients over 50 years old;
4. Patients who have not been engaged in regular exercise in the last six months (i.e. at least three times a week, each time for 20 minutes of various forms of regular exercise);
5. The subject has signed the informed consent.
1. Patients with leukoaraiosis caused by demyelination of brain; soft plaque of great atherosclerosis; cortical and watershed infarction, lesions with subcortical diameter greater than 15 mm;
2. Patients with other brain lesions without small vessel cognitive impairment, such as Alzheimer's disease, Lewy's dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson's disease, tumor, hydrocephalus, trauma, syphilis, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, Creutzfeldt Jakob's disease, etc.;
3. Patients with cortical and / or subcortical non lacunar infarct and hemorrhagic lesions;
4. Patients with special causes of leukoencephalopathy (multiple sclerosis, sarcoidosis, brain radiotherapy);
5. Patients with serious organ failure, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases and other sports contraindications who are not suitable for Taijiquan exercise;
6. Patients who have been confirmed by previous medical records or clinicians or family members to have previously suffered from related diseases of cognitive impairment or who have used drugs for cognitive impairment before the onset of the disease;
7. Dementia (GDS level II-III), inability to take care of oneself (ADL score < 20), severe mental illness, epilepsy, and major depression (Becker depression scale > 10), etc.;
8. Patients with history of alcohol and drug abuse;
9. Patients with contraindications on MRI;

Those meeting any of the above criteria will not be included in the study.
