Patients presenting with Pratyatmaka Lakshana of shukra kshaya i.e. Shukra avisarga,
Medhra- Vrushan vedana, Maithuna ashakti etc. with semen samples suggestive of
Oligozoospermia.
1. Sperm count < 15 million/millilitre.
2. Male patients of age ranging from 21 to 45 years.
3. All patient with oligoasthenozoospermia.
1. Age below 25 and above 45 years.
2. Sperm count > 15million / ml.
3. Patients with azoospermia, aspermia, necrospermia.
4. Genetic defects like Klinefelterâ??s syndrome, Kartagener syndrome.
5. Patients with diseases like Varicocele, Accessory sex gland infection, sexually
transmitted diseases, and systemic diseases like DM etc.
6. Patients with known case of surgical illness related to ilioinguinal scrotal area.

Name Time Method To Assess the spermatogenic effect of Shatavari Ghrita and its content in the management of Shukra kshaya in Three months.Timepoint: Patients follow up every 15 days for 3 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method There is no significant effect of â??Shatavari Ghritaâ?? in Shukra kshaya with special reference to <br/ ><br>Oligozoospermia then Clomiphen citrateTimepoint: Shatavari ghrit- 20ml twice in a day for 3 Months. With honey. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Clomiphene citrate 25mg/day continuous for 25 days, then 5 days rest. These cycle repeated for 3 months
