Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients presenting with Pratyatmaka Lakshana of shukra kshaya i.e. Shukra avisarga,
- •Medhra\- Vrushan vedana, Maithuna ashakti etc. with semen samples suggestive of
- •Oligozoospermia.
- •1\. Sperm count \< 15 million/millilitre.
- •2\. Male patients of age ranging from 21 to 45 years.
- •3\. All patient with oligoasthenozoospermia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age below 25 and above 45 years.
- •2\. Sperm count \> 15million / ml.
- •3\. Patients with azoospermia, aspermia, necrospermia.
- •4\. Genetic defects like Klinefelterâ??s syndrome, Kartagener syndrome.
- •5\. Patients with diseases like Varicocele, Accessory sex gland infection, sexually
- •transmitted diseases, and systemic diseases like DM etc.
- •6\. Patients with known case of surgical illness related to ilioinguinal scrotal area.
