Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients presenting with Pratyatmaka Lakshana of shukra kshaya i.e. Shukra avisarga,
  • •Medhra\- Vrushan vedana, Maithuna ashakti etc. with semen samples suggestive of
  • •Oligozoospermia.
  • •1\. Sperm count \< 15 million/millilitre.
  • •2\. Male patients of age ranging from 21 to 45 years.
  • •3\. All patient with oligoasthenozoospermia.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age below 25 and above 45 years.
  • •2\. Sperm count \> 15million / ml.
  • •3\. Patients with azoospermia, aspermia, necrospermia.
  • •4\. Genetic defects like Klinefelterâ??s syndrome, Kartagener syndrome.
  • •5\. Patients with diseases like Varicocele, Accessory sex gland infection, sexually
  • •transmitted diseases, and systemic diseases like DM etc.
  • •6\. Patients with known case of surgical illness related to ilioinguinal scrotal area.
