入选标准
- •Patients presenting with Pratyatmaka Lakshana of shukra kshaya i.e. Shukra avisarga,
- •Medhra- Vrushan vedana, Maithuna ashakti etc. with semen samples suggestive of
- •Oligozoospermia.
- •1. Sperm count < 15 million/millilitre.
- •2. Male patients of age ranging from 21 to 45 years.
- •3. All patient with oligoasthenozoospermia.
排除标准
- •1. Age below 25 and above 45 years.
- •2. Sperm count > 15million / ml.
- •3. Patients with azoospermia, aspermia, necrospermia.
- •4. Genetic defects like Klinefelterâ??s syndrome, Kartagener syndrome.
- •5. Patients with diseases like Varicocele, Accessory sex gland infection, sexually
- •transmitted diseases, and systemic diseases like DM etc.
- •6. Patients with known case of surgical illness related to ilioinguinal scrotal area.
