简要总结
Myofascial pain syndrome frequently affects the trapezius muscle, especially in athletes performing repetitive upper limb movements, such as badminton players, causing pain, stiffness, and reduced performance. The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the immediate effects of percussion therapy versus passive stretching on trapezius pressure pain threshold, muscle power, and perceived stiffness in recreational badminton players diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome. This study explores the immediate effects of percussion therapy versus passive stretching on the upper trapezius in recreational badminton players with myofascial pain syndrome. It involves a randomized controlled trial assessing pressure pain threshold, muscle power, and perceived stiffness before and after each intervention.
