1. Patients who suffered from symptomatic COVID infection with rapid antigen test or RT PCR positive.
2. Patients within three months of resolution of acute COVID symptoms.
1. Patients who cannot perform PFT analysis.
2. Patients who could not be assessed for anxiety disorders. (Intellectual disability, psychosis)
3. Patients with pre-existing known lung diseases such as Interstitial lung disease, COPD, Bronchiectasis etc. (Restrictive and obstructive lung disease)
4. Patients with pre-existing known anxiety disorders or depressive disorders.

Name Time Method Primary objective <br/ ><br>1. To determine the prevalence of anxiety disorders in patients who has restrictive and obstructive lung disease pattern after COVID-19 infection.Timepoint: Patients will be enrolled within 8 weeks of COVID-19 infection

Name Time Method To assess the factors associated with anxiety disorder such as depression, insomnia and ASD/PTSD in COVID recovered patients.Timepoint: 4 weeks;To assess the improvement in respiratory functions and anxiety levels after prescribing respiratory exercises.Timepoint: respiratory functions and anxiety levels reassessed in 4 weeks
