Inclusion Criteria
Healty patients with tooth requiring root canal treatment
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with systematic diseases or allergic reactions,
2.Patients taken analgesics until at least three days,
3.Previously root canal treatment performed,
4.Swelling or sinus tract,
5.Severe periodontal disease,
6.The presence of periodontal pockets more than 3 mm in the corresponding tooth,
7.Periapical radiolucency.
