入选标准
- •1.Patient come with chief complaint of pain during menses along with associated symptoms .
- •2. Patients with Lakshanas of Kashtartava( primary dysmenorrhoea and secondary dysmenorrhoea).
- •3. patients suffering from more than 2 consecutive painful menstrual cycles.
- •Patients with H/o using analgesics during menses.
排除标准
- •1.Female age –below 12 and after 40 years of age
- •2. Patient having Uterine ,endometrial and cervical malignancy.
- •3.Congenital anomalies e.g. hypoplastic uterus , septate uterus ,vaginal septum.
- •4.Patient with infectious disease, tuberculosis, uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension.
- •Patient having IUCD
