Inclusion Criteria
- •â–ª High school students in an urban school in Nakhon Phanom Province
- •â–ª Body Mass Index > 23.0 to 24.9 kg / m2 (overweight)
- •â–ª Body Mass Index> 25.0 kg / m2 (obesity)
- •â–ª The students and they family are agree to be contacted by researchers. regularly and communicate with project staff for at least 6 months.
- •â–ª The students and they family are agree to participate in the research.
- •â–ª The students are able to follow educational procedures.
Exclusion Criteria
- •â–ª The students and they family are unable or unwilling to give consent to participate in this study or study.
- •â–ª The students are pregnancy while studying.
- •â–ª The students who are weight loss or increase of more than 5% of body weight in the last 3 months.
- •â–ª The students who are diagnosed with mental illness or chronic illness.
- •â–ª The students whohave the history of eating disorders, such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, etc .
- •â–ª The students who are using more types of supplements than multivitamin daily.
- •â–ª The students who are current drug use related to any metabolism.
