Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Having schizophrenia diagnose according to DSM 5;Patient should have cognitive deficit according to MoCA test results,scoring under 26 in this test;Patients score should be more than 35 in SAPS(Scale for the Assessment of Positive Symptoms) nad more than 24 in SANS(Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms);Patients age should be between 25 ot 50;At least 2 years have passed since the onset of the disorder;The patient had at least studied up to fifth grade in elementry school.
- •EXCLUSION CRITERIA:Having head injury,Dementia and other specific Neurological disorder which needs special treatment;Having the diagnose of Intellectual Disability;Patient have serious side effects related to Anti psychotic drugs and receive special treatment for that;Patient be in the acute phase of the disorder;Patient be affected by abuse,poisoning or deprivation of any herbal medicine,smoking does not include; Receiving ECT during past six months.
