Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.All patients willing for study
  • 2\.Patients who are conscious and oriented
  • 3\.All patients undergoing lower limb procedures
  • 4\.All patients under ASA1,ASA 2,ASA 3 categories
  • 5\.All patients undergoing only spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients who refuse for spinal anaesthesia
  • 2\.Pregnant patients
  • 3\.Patients with spinal birth defects, hematological conditions, coagulopathies
  • 4\.Psychiatric patients
  • 5\.Unconscious ,not oriented ,comatosed patients
