Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1.Monitoring hemodynamic and respiratory parameters such as blood pressure , pulse rate , oxygen saturation in pulse oximetry ,mean arterial pressure.

2.Onset of sensory and motor blockade.

3.Duration of sensory and motor blockade.Timepoint: 1.Heart rate and Mean arterial pressure at baseline, 3mts, 5mts,15mts, 30mts, 45mts, 1hr and every 30 mts till end of surgery.

2.Time taken from time of spinal injection to the loss of pin prick sensation at the level of the hip and time taken from time of spinal injection to the inability to lift the leg.

3.Time taken from time of spinal injection to the time when patient complains of pain and from the time of spinal injection to the ability to lift the leg.
