入选标准
- •1.Patients referred by the Cardiology Department
- •2.Medically stable conservatively managed post Myocardial infarction individuals
- •a.Blood pressure within normal limits
- •b.Heart rate within normal limits
- •3.On regular medical management
- •4.Age group : 40 to 60 years
- •5.No signs of uncompensated heart failure
- •a.Bilateral pedal edema
- •b.Breathlessness
- •c.Basal rales on auscultation
- •Will be included for structured education and for outpatient cardiac rehab program
排除标准
- •1.Hemodynamically unstable patients
- •2.Patients with Unstable ECG
- •3.Unstable angina, overt cardiac failure, dangerous arrhythmias, dissecting aneurysm, myocarditis, acute pericarditis, severe obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract, severe hypertension, exertional hypotension or syncope,
- •4.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, severe orthopedic limitations, and recent systemic or pulmonary embolus
- •5.Individuals with low ejection fractions will be excluded. (EF < 40%)
