Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients referred by the Cardiology Department
  • •2\.Medically stable conservatively managed post Myocardial infarction individuals
  • •a.Blood pressure within normal limits
  • •b.Heart rate within normal limits
  • •3\.On regular medical management
  • •4\.Age group : 40 to 60 years
  • •5\.No signs of uncompensated heart failure
  • •a.Bilateral pedal edema
  • •b.Breathlessness
  • •c.Basal rales on auscultation

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Hemodynamically unstable patients
  • •2\.Patients with Unstable ECG
  • •3\.Unstable angina, overt cardiac failure, dangerous arrhythmias, dissecting aneurysm, myocarditis, acute pericarditis, severe obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract, severe hypertension, exertional hypotension or syncope,
  • •4\.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, severe orthopedic limitations, and recent systemic or pulmonary embolus
  • •5\.Individuals with low ejection fractions will be excluded. (EF \< 40%)
