入选标准
- •women, age =18 years,
- •proven primary breast carcinoma (by punch biopsy, =14G) (subtypes luminal A, B, and HER-/neu-pos. basal-like tumors)
- •tumor size =10 mm,
- •clinical indication for primary surgery,
- •contraception,
- •informed consent for clinical study,
- •informed consent for useage of biomaterial
排除标准
- •clinical indication for neo-adjuvant therapy,
- •precnancy/breast feeding women,
- •contra-indication for MRT such as metallic implants, pacemaker etc., clip-marking of breast tumor,
- •contra-indication for MR-contrast agent Gadolinium,
- •claustrophobia, high sensitivity to temperatur sensitivity, high sensitivity to noise,
- •limited contractual capability,
- •exclusion criteria due to StrlSchV such as job-related radiation exposure >15mSv/a
