Inclusion Criteria
Patient Groups
1. patients who have been determined to be candidates for surgical treatment of eosinophilic sinusitis
2. Adult patients who have listened to the explanation of the study and given their consent.
Control group
1. patients with rhinosinus diseases other than eosinophilic sinusitis for which surgical treatment is indicated
2. adult patients who have listened to the study description and have given their consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients under 18 years old
2. pregnant women
