Patients having undergone TCRAT between 09/21 and 01/23 or CABG between 08/17 and 12/18.
Exclusion Criteria
Emergency surgery, incomplete data in patient files

Name Time Method ength of mechanical ventilation, number of reintubation, number of tracheotomies, Horowitz index after surgery and 6 hours after surgery, frequency of pleural effusions/pneumothoraces/atelectasis that needed an intervention, amount of pneumonia

Name Time Method ength of stay in ICU, length of stay in hospital from day of surgery to discharge, numbers of red blood cell concentrates/plasma units/platelet concentrate needed on ICU, frequency of rethoracotomies, cardio-pulmonary-bypass time and aortic cross-clamp time, length of surgery, frequency of wound healing disorder, frequency of strokes
