Inclusion Criteria
Healthy young people; male; age between 18 and 30 years; six months of experience with resistance training; that answer no to all questions in the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
Exclusion Criteria
with osteomioarticular involvement of lower limbs; diagnoses of cardiovascular pathologies; respiratory function; angina; users of medications that may affect muscle function

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1- Reduction of maximum muscle strength measured through a force platform, attached below a Smith apparatus, used to measure forces during two maximal isometric stretches, in the active part of the squat. It will be evaluated before the muscle damage induction, soon after the massage intervention, 24 hours after, 48 hours after and 72 hours after.;Reduction of Late Muscle Pain, evaluated through visual pain scale (VAS). It will be evaluated before the muscle damage induction, soon after the massage intervention, 24 hours after, 48 hours after and 72 hours after.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1- Increase in Range of Motion assessed through the goniometer. It will be evaluated before the muscle damage induction, soon after the massage intervention, 24 hours after, 48 hours after and 72 hours after.
