Inclusion Criteria
- •Non\-Yoga Performing Subjects who can practice Yoga for 6 months after initial sample collection
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Any intake of probiotics or antibiotics/ antifungals/ antivirals/painkillers within one month prior to sample collection,
- •2\.Primary gastrointestinal pathology,
- •3\.If any history of concurrent acute/ chronic medical illness
