•Pregnant women (between the 28th and 34th week of pregnancy) who are planning to give birth at the university clinic of Düsseldorf
•Sufficient German language skills to participate in the questionnaire survey
•Written consent to participate in the study
•Age = 18 years of age
•Assumed increased mental stress due to the occurrence of at least one of the following criteria
•- increased depressive levels,
•o Stressful or even traumatic experiences (general or related to the perinatal period)
•o Increased fear of childbirth
•o Increased momentary anxiety
•o Increased current stress level

•Serious concomitant diseases of the mother (as assessed by the investigator)
•Known serious illnesses of the child that make it necessary to transfer the newborn to the pediatric ward
•Serious psychological alteration of the woman
•Lack of mental, physical or linguistic capacity of the woman to participate in the questionnaire survey.
•Women with diagnosed dissociative disorder
