Non-metastasis, low-risk gestational trophoblastic disease treated with methotrexate
Medical records available
Maintain contact with the patient
Informed consent permission
Exclusion Criteria
The patient who received combined methotrexate and other chemotherapy
The patient who has contraindication for venipuncture
The patient who loss to follow up or expire before study recruitment
