Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3 and above.
- •2\. Age more than 18 years.
- •3\. Free of physical impairment and comorbidities that were a contraindication to exercise (unstable hypertension, potentially lethal arrhythmia etc)
- •4\. Patients with stable CKD stage for atleast 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients \< 18 years of age
- •2\. Patients on once a week hemodialysis
- •3\. Patients on Peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis
- •4\. Kidney Transplant recipients
- •5\. Patients with Decompensated cardiac, liver or lung disease.
- •6\. Patients with recent angina or myocardial infarction
- •7\. Patients with Grade III or higher dyspnea
- •8\. Critically ill or acutely ill patients
- •9\. Patients with musculoskeletal limitations
- •10\. Patients with persistent hyperkalemia
