Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3 and above.
  • 2\. Age more than 18 years.
  • 3\. Free of physical impairment and comorbidities that were a contraindication to exercise (unstable hypertension, potentially lethal arrhythmia etc)
  • 4\. Patients with stable CKD stage for atleast 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients \< 18 years of age
  • 2\. Patients on once a week hemodialysis
  • 3\. Patients on Peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis
  • 4\. Kidney Transplant recipients
  • 5\. Patients with Decompensated cardiac, liver or lung disease.
  • 6\. Patients with recent angina or myocardial infarction
  • 7\. Patients with Grade III or higher dyspnea
  • 8\. Critically ill or acutely ill patients
  • 9\. Patients with musculoskeletal limitations
  • 10\. Patients with persistent hyperkalemia
