1. Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3 and above.
2. Age more than 18 years.
3. Free of physical impairment and comorbidities that were a contraindication to exercise (unstable hypertension, potentially lethal arrhythmia etc)
4. Patients with stable CKD stage for atleast 3 months
1. Patients < 18 years of age
2. Patients on once a week hemodialysis
3. Patients on Peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis
4. Kidney Transplant recipients
5. Patients with Decompensated cardiac, liver or lung disease.
6. Patients with recent angina or myocardial infarction
7. Patients with Grade III or higher dyspnea
8. Critically ill or acutely ill patients
9. Patients with musculoskeletal limitations
10. Patients with persistent hyperkalemia
11. Patients with intra-dialytic hemodialytic instability
12. Pregnant Women
13. Patients deemed to be not fit for the study by the attending nephrologist.
