简要总结

In 110 patients, Bedside ultrasound scan of the abdomen called VExUS scoring scan which is the ultrasound scan of inferior venacava, renal and hepatic veins and portal vein will be performed by icu doctors within 24 hours of septic shock diagnosis and repeated at 48 hours and 72 hours. Standard ICU management will be followed according to the Surviving Sepsis Campaign guidelines to treat the patients in septic shock.
