Inclusion Criteria
- •28 postmenopausal women with low BMD (T\-score\<\-1\).
- •Their age will be 50\-60 years.
- •Their body mass index \<25 and \<30kg/m2\.
- •They experience menopause for 3 years or more.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Spondylolisthesis
- •neuromuscular diseases
- •renal diseases
- •leg deformities
- •previous surgeries at back/lower limbs.
