- •28 postmenopausal women with low BMD (T-score<-1).
- •Their age will be 50-60 years.
- •Their body mass index <25 and <30kg/m2.
- •They experience menopause for 3 years or more.
排除标准
- •Spondylolisthesis
- •neuromuscular diseases
- •renal diseases
- •leg deformities
- •previous surgeries at back/lower limbs.
