Men and women aged 18 years and older with non-specific chronic back pain (pain lasting for three months or longer), having moderate to severe pain using patient reported outcome (PROM) and be able to understand and speak Hindi/Kannada/English languages, willing and able to give informed consent to take part in the trial will be included.
Those unable to follow therapist instructions due to language barriers or cognitive impairment, presenting with neurological deficits such as weakness of the muscle, bladder bowel incontinence; or diagnosed with spondylolisthesis, lumbar canal stenosis, fracture of the spine, tuberculosis spine, fever, weight loss and other pathology related to the spinal cord, person diagnosed with severe mental illness will be excluded. Additionally, patients who currently pregnant will be excluded, as they may not be able to follow the prescribed interventions.
