- •Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
排除标准
- •1. Any deviation from planned procedure
- •2. Jaundice
- •3. Gallbladder malignancy
- •3. Difficult cholecystectomy (Cushieri scale grade III, IV and Nassar scale grade 3, 4 and 5)
- •4. Subserosal infiltration deemed hazardous by operating surgeon.
- •5. Anaphylaxis.
- •6. Pregnancy
