入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Myopia will be defined as refractive error with Spherical Equivalent (SE) >=-0.5D in at least one eye. Myopia will be graded as mild myopia if SE <-3.0D, moderate myopia if SE -3.0D to -6.0D and high myopia if SE >=-6.0D.
- •2. Non-myopes will include emmetropic, hypermetropic and astigmatic individuals.
排除标准
- •1. Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •2. Any significant history of previous ocular diseases like glaucoma, uveitis, retinal disease,cataract.
- •3. Any history of systemic steroids.
- •4. History of any previous refractive surgery or other therapies for myopia including corneal
- •reshaping, use of bifocals and use of atropine.
- •5. Any systemic disease known to be associated with myopia such as Diabetes, Marfanâ??s syndrome and Downâ??s syndrome
