入选标准
- •1. CIS or newly diagnosed MS patients (McDonald criteria). Diagnosis < 4 months
- •2. stable RRMS patients. Diagnosis < 48 months, stable immunomodulatory therapy > 6 months, no relapses within 6 months.
- •3. SPMS patients. Start of treatment < 20 years, EDSS < 6.5 and no relapses within 6 months.
- •Age between 18 and 50 years
排除标准
- •Other neurological pre-existing conditions other than MS
- •- Psychiatric disorders
- •- Occurrence of learning disorders, severe head injuries, substance abuse, epilepsy
- •- Corticosteroid intake within 4 weeks before study participation
- •- Non-correctable hearing and visual impairments
