Patient diagnosed with Intumescent Cataract based on Slit lamp bio microscopy examination done by the surgeon
Patient should have a minimum pupillary dilatation of at least 6 to 7 mm
Patient with phacomorphic or phacolytic glaucoma
Patient with pre- existing zonular dialysis and any history of ocular trauma or phacodonesis
Patient with pre existing corneal scar and anterior lens capsular opacity or calcification or pseudoexfoliation
Monocular patient with other eye vision of less than 6 by 60
