Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients present with classical signs and symptom of Sthoulya
2. BMI 25kg/m2 to 35kg/m2 will be selected for the study.
3. WHR i.e., Waist Hip Circumference ratio >0.95 in males and >0.8 in females will be selected.
4. Obesity-associated dis-lipidemic patients included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. BMI below 25kg/m2 and above 35kg/m2 are excluded.
2. Pregnancy and lactation
3. Obesity secondary to or associated with hypothyroidism,hypertension,diabetes mellitus, Cushing syndrome and other endocrine disorders.
4. Patients suffering from psychiatric illness are excluded.
5. Any concomitant serious disorders of liver, kidneys, heart, lungs or other organs.
6. Patient undergoing treatment for any other serious illness.
