This study aims to review the effect of Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine in the management of mild to moderate depressive mood disorders in 35 participants using Homoeopathic Medical Repertory by Robin Murphy with the help of Becks Depression Inventory scale for diagnosis at baseline and Hamilton Depression scale to be used at baseline 3rd month and 6th month and the outcome will be statistically assessed with repeated measure ANOVA

入选标准
- •Patients aged 18 to 59 years Becks Depression Inventory score should be between 11 to 30 Patients with stable mild to moderate symptoms of low mood irritability anxiety mood swings One month washout period will be given for patients previously taking allopathic medicines.
排除标准
- •Patients currently on allopathic psychotropic medications like antidepressants antipsychotics or other therapies for mood disorders Pregnant and lactating women Patients with neurological diseases like epilepsy dementia Patients diagnosed with substance abuse disorder Patients with severe chronic systemic illness like uncontrolled DM Hypertension etc Patients with severe psychiatric illness like severe depression dysthymia schizophrenia bipolar disorder with psychosis persistent mood disorders and mania are excluded.
