Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria included patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass graft surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass, aged between 40 and 80 years, at the same time non-malignant disease, no history of hypersensitivity reactions, patients with atrial fibrillation admitted lack of experience, lack of large trauma or major surgery less than 6 months of surgery, lack of ejection fraction less than 30%, not having kidney failure. Exclusion criteria: drug reaction and any problems with anesthesia during surgery, atrial fibrillation during operation.
