Inclusion Criteria
(1) Target patients
Patients with hematopoietic malignancies who visited HOME CARE CLINIC N-CONCEPT and joint research institutions between January 1, 2008 and February 28, 2022 are eligible.
(2) Selection criteria
1.Subjects who have a definitive diagnosis of hematopoietic malignancies and have performed home-visit treatment at HOME CARE CLINIC N-CONCEPT or a joint research institution
(2) Those who do not refuse to participate in this study

(1) Subjects with unconfirmed diagnosis of hematopoietic malignancies
(2) Patients who are judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable as research subjects
