Inclusion Criteria

1.ASA physical status I or II
2.aged between 18-65 years
3.undergoing elective gynecological laparotomy surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

1.diabetic mellitus
2.treatment with steroids
3.obesity
4.use of opioid or analgesic drug within one month prior to the study
5.history of alcohol or drug abuse
6.pregnancy
7.undergoing surgical staging surgery
8.history of chronic pain
9.history of peptic ulcer or gastritis
10.patietns who refused
