Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
It is hoped, with the results of the study, to clarify the physiological and psychobiological responses promoted by the beach tennis session in single or double mode when compared to the control session in order to elucidate whether there will be a reduction in anxiety levels through beach tennis when compared to the no-exercise group. In addition, it is expected that the fun and affectivity of the participants are greater in the beach tennis sessions in double mode when compared to the single mode and the control session.
