Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age between 18 and 40 years; both sexes; minimum of two months of experience in beach tennis; be literate
Exclusion Criteria
- •Contraindication for performing physical activity (PAR\-Q); having some type of musculoskeletal injury; being on your period; discontinuity in the research and e) not having the complete immunization cycle of COVID\-19\.
