Results (to be analyzed using SPSS) are expected to demonstrate significant improvements in neuromotor skills and athletic performance in the experimental group, offering a holistic training approach beneficial to badminton and similar high-speed sports.

- •Age group Adolescents 10 to 19 years Both male and female players Collegiate athlete who played at university or higher level Players who engaged in regular badminton training for more than 6 months.

- •Players with Musculo skeletal injury neurological condition cognitive disorder or any other condition that may affect the participation Those who participate in sports other than badminton Players who are irregular in practice for more than 3 months.
