入选标准
- •ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy
排除标准
- •a)Use of steroids within one month of surgery
- •b)Chronic pain requiring opioid treatment
- •c)History of allergy to any study medications
- •d)Patients with renal disease (serum creatinine more than 1.6 mg/dl)
- •e)Patients with liver disease (liver enzymes more than two times of normal values)
- •f)Pregnancy or menstruation
- •g)Diabetes mellitus
- •h)Co-existing GI pathology (e.g. gastric ulcer, ulcerative colitis, Crohnâ??s disease etc.)
- •i)Psychiatric disorder
- •j)History of alcohol or drug abuse
- •k)Conversion from laparoscopic cholecystectomy to open procedure
- •l)Patients who are immunosuppressed or undergoing immunosuppression therapy
