Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Any Patient irrespective of sex or religion falling between 18\-60 years of age.
  • •known case of venous ulcers irrespective of duration.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Ulcers other than of venous ulcers.
  • •Malignancy.
  • •those allergic to local anesthetics.
  • •hyper coagulable condition.
  • •peripheral arterial insufficiency.
  • •lymphedema.
  • •poor general health/ Immuno\- compromised state.
  • •recent thromboembolism.
  • •known type 2 DM.
  • •HIV/HbsAg/Anti HCV Positive
