Depression<br>Assessed using the Patient Health Questionnaire for Adolescents (PHQ-A; Johnson, Harris, Spitzer, & Williams, 2002). [ Measured at baseline, post-intervention, 6-, 12-, 24-, 36, 48 and 60 months post baseline, and post-intervention at Stage II. The primary timepoint is 12-months.]
