Inclusion Criteria
Patients scheduled for laparoscopic gynecological surgery between 19 and 65 years
Exclusion Criteria
Those who are diagnosed with heart failure or coronary artery disease and take medications, aneurysms, arteriosclerosis, hypertension where blood pressure is not regulated below the normal range (140/90mmHg) even when taking medication, diabetes where blood sugar is not controlled below 200 even when taking medication , Active lung disease, brain tumor, cerebrovascular abnormality (cerebral aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation), intracranial hemorrhage, infectious eye disease, glaucoma, BMI<25kg/m2 when undergoing ophthalmic surgery
