Arms & Interventions

Supine mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy with irrigation

Experimental

Intervention: Retrograde normal saline irrigation (Behavioral)

Supine mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy without irrigation

Experimental

Intervention: Without Retrograde normal saline irrigation (Behavioral)

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

Stone free rate

Time Frame: two weeks from primary procedure

No stone residual fragments

Secondary Outcomes

  • Assess operative time(During procedure)
  • Post operative complication(Up to 48 hours)
