Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with deep sternal wound infection after median star notomy.
- •Compliance with the criteria of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for deep sternal wound infections with purulent secretion from the wound, fever >37.5°C, leukocytosis greater than 10,000/µl or open chest.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Failure to meet the inclusion criteria
