入选标准
- •primipara with the age group of 19 to 30 years
- •patients in 1st stage og labour who have completed 36weeks of gestation.
- •patients in latent phase of 1st stage with cervical dialationof 2 cm or less
排除标准
- •malpresentation,malposition
- •cephalo pelvic disproportion
- •multiple pregnancy
- •preterm labour
- •severe anemia/hb % less than 8 gm/dl
- •plcenta pravia
- •abruptio placenta
- •fibroid uterus
- •systemic disorder like DM ,hypertention,renal disorder,cardiac disorder
