THIS IS AN OPEN LABEL SINGLE ARM PHASE 4 INTERVENTIONAL STUDY CONDUCTED AT THE DEPARTMENT OF DERMATOLOGY JJM MEDICAL COLLEGE DAVANGERE TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS AND SAFETY OF INTRALESIONAL VITAMIN D3 FOR TREATMENT OF CUTANEOUS WARTS ELIGIBLE PATIENTS WILL RECEIVE VITAMIN D3 600000 IU EVERY 2 WEEKS FOR UPTO 6 SESSIONS THE PRIMARY ENDPOINT IS THE COMPLETE CLINICAL CLEARANCE OF TREATED WARTS AT 12 WEEKS

•Patients with cutaneous warts and willing to give written informed consent.

排除标准

•Pregnant and lactating women, Immunosuppresed, Allergic to vitamin D3.

主要结局

Proportion of patients with complete clinical clearance of all treated cutaneous warts tend of treatment.

时间窗: Baseline (week 0); treatment visits (week 0,2,4,8,10) end of treatment assessment at week 12, follow up at week 24.

次要结局

response at 12 weeks, mean % reduction in wart number and size, time to complete clearance (weeks), recurrence rate at 24 weeks, injection pain (VAS).(Baseline (week 0); treatment visits (week 0,2,4,8,10) end of treatment assessment at week 12, follow up at week 24.)
