Inclusion Criteria
- Aged between 18-45
- Working at home at least 5 hours a day
- Not having one or more diagnosed musculoskeletal disorders
Exclusion Criteria
- Limited access to technology or not being able to actively use the technology
- Had musculoskeletal trauma or surgery
- Pregnancy

- Name - Time - Method - Musculoskeletal Discomfort level - 6 weeks - Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires: Higher scores indicate higher musculoskeletal discomfort. - Ergonomic risk level - 6 weeks - Rapid Upper Limb Assesment: Higher scores indicate higher risk. - Physical activty status - 6 weeks - International Physical. Activity Questionnaire-short form - Quality of life status - 6 weeks - Short Form 36
