Inclusion Criteria

For the patients of this study, medical attendant doctor of the study should perform to take anamnesis and medical examination.
The patients should be selected whom understood the purpose of this study and obtained to an agreement by documents during persons who has Alzheimer dementia, and adaptable to the guideline of diagnosis.
The patients who acquired agreement of this study by free will of the person in a document, and age 40th to 88th, the sex do not matter.

Exclusion Criteria

The patient corresponding to the following standards excludes from a targeted patient.
1 The person that quantity of fat can't get enough for this study.
2 The patient who is dialyzing.
3 Pregnant patient.
4 The person who medical attendant doctor decide not to appropriate from the viewpoint of safety, ethic and science.
5 We need to confirm following anamnesis, and decide a competent judgement depending on having experience a blood transfusion or an organ transplantation.
However, if we did not confirm an such anamnesis at the time of first judgement, we have to reconfirm when we finally become able to confirm such anamnesis later.

1) Infection with bacteria such as Treponema pallidum, a gonococcus, the tubercle bacillus
2)Sepsis and the doubt
3)Malignant tumor
4) Serious metabolism internal secretion disease
5 )Serious blood disorder
6 )Liver disease
7 )Communicable spongy brain fever and the doubt
8 )Family career to be concerned with a specific hereditary disease and the disease concerned
9) Pulmonary embolism
