Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age group between 18\-60 years of both sexes.
  • •2\.Hemoglobin index(Hb gm/dl ranging \=8g/dl \- \= 10gm/dl).
  • •3\.Selected patient sign and symptoms based as per both ayurvedic and modern context.
  • •4\.Willing to provide written consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age below 18 and above 60 years.
  • •2\.patient having bleeding history.
  • •3\.patient already on iron supplements
  • •4\.pregnant women ,co morbid patient and patient on prolonged medication
