Inclusion Criteria

?all patients admitted to the emergency room or outpatient department who show symptoms or suspicious clinical manifestations of upper gastrointestinal bleeding
?the hospitalized patients who show symptoms or suspicious clinical manifestations of upper gastrointestinal bleeding
?the patient who understood the contents of this clinical study and made the decision to participate voluntarily

Exclusion Criteria

?the patients with esophageal or gastric variceal bleeding
?the Patients refused to provide information on clinical research
?the patients who can not undergo endoscopy because of unstable vital signs
