?all patients admitted to the emergency room or outpatient department who show symptoms or suspicious clinical manifestations of upper gastrointestinal bleeding
?the hospitalized patients who show symptoms or suspicious clinical manifestations of upper gastrointestinal bleeding
?the patient who understood the contents of this clinical study and made the decision to participate voluntarily
?the patients with esophageal or gastric variceal bleeding

Name Time Method a comparative study between the results of treatments (endoscopic treatment, medical treatment) for the upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding which is attached thrombus (Forrest IIb) ;the long-term results of angioembolization after endoscopic hemostasis failure will be investigated
